Deposits

50% down to guarantee reservation. Remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Access to your unit(s) will be provided prior to your arrival (keyless entry code).

Cancellations or Refunds

Cancellations completed 21 days prior to arrival date will receive all but 15% deposit refund.

Cancellations completed less than 21 days prior to arrival date will forfeit your full deposit.

Security Deposit of $300.00 will be authorized on the credit card used during the reservation process.

There are no refunds due to weather related travels or acts of god.

All bookings for holiday weeks are non-refundable, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.

Note: Prices do not include 18% lodging tax. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. *Moose Lodge loft accessible by ladder is at your own risk (under no circumstances should anyone use the ladder under the influence of alcohol, medications or drugs of any kind), Aspen Creek Cabin is not liable for anyone injured using the ladder.

Parties found in violation over capacity will be asked to rent additional lodging or be asked to vacate the premise immediately.

Guest parking is provided in assigned area, (limit one vehicle per cabin).

 No parking of cars or sleds left of Eagles Nest Cabin as it is an Easement for another        residence. Please NO TRAILERS. Additional parking is available at the nearby recreational Parking area at the end of the driveway.

Smoking outside only. Sorry, no pets.

Damage Security Deposit of $300.00 plus will be authorized on the credit card used during the reservation process, and will be charged if there is excessive clean up needed not limited to: vomit and/or other bodily fluids; large quantities of beverage and food debris; floors covered in sticky residue; broken furniture; and any other property damage.

Trash must be in trash bags and stored in provided trash receptacles located outside for each unit. If housekeeping has to clean the trash can due to trash not being in a garbage bag a $50.00 fine will be charged to the credit card used during the reservation process.

Every time we visit Aspen Creek we are reminded of what a gem it is. We have now stayed in each of the three units and we have to say that the quality is throughout. We can tell the units are cleaned with care and maintained to a high standard. We will definately be back again in the near future!

We can only say good things about Aspen Creek Cabin. My husband and I have stayed a few times now. We've been there in the Spring on ATV's and Geocaching and again in the Summer Boating and Fishing. This Winter we came back and rented sleds and had a blast on the many well groomed and marked trails. The rental is new and beautiful we enjoyed yourselves very much.
